CMAC: Burl A Raging Mustang

By Greg Shoemaker | Featured Analyst

Western Hills (5-3, 5-0) defensive end, Joe Burl has been a beast since since conference play began in the CMAC. The 6-foot-2, 220 pound junior is a big reason that the Mustangs are riding a five game win streak. In back-to-back weeks he returned interceptions on short field for touchdowns helping the Western Hills defense to two shutouts during that span. He penetration into opposing backfields has freed up his teammates to make big plays as well.
