Eyckmans to EKU

Beechwood senior Brett Eyckmans, son of Villa Hills residents John and Lisa Eyckmans has committed to play football for Eastern Kentucky University this fall. Eyckmans will play offensive tackle for the Colonels who had an overall record of 7-5 in 2011. Eyckmans, who stands 6-foot-5 and weighd 270 pounds is a three year varsity player for the Tigers who anchored the team at tackle. Eyckmans plans to major in business administration.
