Bethel-Tate, Stacy Part Ways

Waynce Stacy went 1-19 during his two seasons as Bethel-Tate's head coach.

Multiple sources have told TSF that Wayne Stacy is out as the head coach of the Bethel-Tate Tigers.

The school has not been reached for comment and it is not clear when the decision was made.

In Stacy’s two seasons back at his alma mater the Tigers have managed just one win in 20 games.

Stacy’s replacement will become the seventh head coach to take over the program in the past decade.

A tremendous collegiate athlete at Wilmington, Stacy was an NAIA All-American in football and an NAIA national track qualifier in the decathlon, discus, and 55-meter/60-yard dash.
