Middletown junior quarterback, Jalin Marshall has committed to play football for Ohio State in 2013 according to a statement released by Middies head coach, Troy Everhart. Marshall was named the GMC Offensive Player of the Year and TriStateFootball.com Cincinnati Offensive Player of the Year as a junior in 2011.
He heads into his senior season with 3,338 yards rushing and 40 total touchdowns (38 rushing & 2 receiving) at the varsity level. Those totals are the most for any active Division I, Region 4 player returning for the 2012 campaign. The Middies signal-caller has also thrown for 1,475 yards with 18 touchdown passes.
