Kilgore Gets First Offer

St. Xavier wide receiver Trey Kilgore picked up his first offer from Akron. The 6-foot-2, 185 pound speedster will enter his senior season with 69 receptions, 756 receiving yards, 969 all-purpose yards and eight total touchdowns. Kilgore showed his versatility last season when he filled in at quarterback for the injured Griffin Dolle and led the Bombers to victory over eventual state champion, St. Ignatius. He ran for 134 yards and completed 7-10 passes in that contest. The Zips are recruiting Kilgore as an athlete.
