WCPO-TV has partnered with TriStateFootball.com to present the High School Football Player of the Week.
Each week 12-14 nominees will be selected from a large list of some of the area’s top performances and will be included in an online voting poll to determine a winner. The voting opens on Monday and ends each Friday morning at 9:00 a.m.
Voting is limited to one vote per day, per IP address. Networks may share a single IP, so please be aware of that while casting your vote. Once a player wins once, they will be ineligible to be nominated a second time.
All of the season winners will be recognized and receive a plaque at the TriStateFootball.com Year in Review shows in January.

Here are this week’s nominations:
Chad Banschbach, Lawrenceburg: Had 25 carries for 275 yards with three rushing TD’s; had three receptions for 62 yards and a score as the Tigers beat Milan.
Malik Bland, Withrow: Went 12/18 for 219 yards, ran for 72 more with three passing touchdowns and another one rushing in the Tigers win over Anderson.
Kevin Blount, Walnut Hills: Had 164 rushing yards, 152 passing yards, 4 total TD's as the Eagles beat Western Hills in his first varsity start.
Kamel Bradley, Anderson: Ran for 308 yards, threw for another 34, and finished with 342 all-purpose yards with two rushing touchdowns as Anderson fell to Withrow.
Tevin Brown, North College Hill: Carried the ball 24 times for 298 yards and two touchdowns as the Trojans bested Roger Bacon.
Brad Carr, Middletown: Came up with 2.5 sacks, two forced fumbles and a fumble recovery in win over Springfield.
Tyler Durham, Campbell County: Ran for 203 yards and two touchdowns on 18 carries; completed 9-of-18 passes for 167 yards, TD in win over NewCath.
Tyree Elliott, Mount Healthy: Had career highs with 167 rushing and 272 all-purpose yards. Also had 31 yards passing with a RuTD and ReTD in win over Fenwick.
Cameron Fogle, Conner: Rushed for 154 yards and three touchdowns on just seven carries; caught three balls for 97 yards and a score in win over Holy Cross.
Darryl Johnson, Mason: Ran the ball 31 times for 202 yards and three touchdowns in a win over Lancaster.
Dasean Peterson, Holmes: Caught four passes for 125 yards and a touchdown in win over Beechwood.
Keith Watkins, Moeller: Ran for a career-high 216 yards on 20 carries with two TD's; three catches for 82 yards and TD in win over Grand Rapids Christian.
