NKY: Chick-fil-A Team of the Week

Vote now for this week's Chick-fil-A NKY Team of the Week.

Each week this season TriStateFootball.com will be nominating teams for our Chick-fil-A Northern Kentucky Team of the Week award, highlighting schools that earned hard-fought victories.

Visitors to our website will be able to vote once per day from the time the nominations are released through 9:00 AM Friday morning for the team of their choice. Winners will be announced weekly on Friday morning.

Teams are only eligible to win once during the season and will not be nominated again after winning the award the first time. All winning teams will be recognized by Chick-fil-A, a proud sponsor of high school football and supporter of the community.

Here are this week's nominations from Northern Kentucky:

BEECHWOOD (6-3)
61-0 win over Ludlow. Beecwhood is peaking at the right time and rolled through disrtict play with perfrection.

BELLEVUE (5-4)
58-8 win over Dayton. The Tigers won their sixth straight game in the annual "Battle for the Paddle" series.

DIXIE HEIGHTS (3-6)
15-14 win over Ryle. Dixie Heights won back-to-back district games and avoided finishing last in district.

NEWCATH (5-4)
49-10 win over Holy Cross. After going 2-4 in non-district action, the Breds rolled to a 3-0 mark v
