Don Bosco too much for Moeller

Don Bosco (N.J.) piled up 459 yards, outgaining Moeller, 260-58 on the ground in a 31-14 win over the Crusaders on Friday.
DBP quarterback Tommy DeVito was 14-for-16 for 199 yards passing with two touchdowns, and Malik Bakker rushed for 184 yards and two TDs, plus he picked up a third score on a two-yard catch.
Moeller QB Tom MacVittie finished 22 of 33 passing for 266 yards and a pair of touchdowns. His top target, Jake Hausmann, had 11 catches for 103 yards and a TD.
Hunter Hughes was the Crusaders’ leading rusher with 69 ground yards.
Moeller opens GCL South play next week when it plays St. Xavier at Nippert Stadium.
