Team of the Week – Week 2

Gold Star Chili and TriStateFootball.com are partnering to present the High School Football Team of the Week during the 2015 regular season. Each week 8-10 schools will be nominated from the Greater Cincinnati area to be included in an online voting poll to determine a winner.
The voting is open now until Friday morning at 9:00 a.m. Voters can vote once per hour, per IP address.
Once a team has won, they were ineligible to be nominated a second time. All of the winning teams will receive a trophy to be presented at their school by Gold Star Chili.
Here are this week’s nominations:
BADIN (2-0)
Badin has already scored 98 points through two weeks, including a 56-20 Week 2 win at Talawanda.
BATESVILLE (3-0)
Batesville moved to a perfect 3-0 on the season with a 27-7 victory over South Dearborn.
EDGEWOOD (2-0)
The Cougars doubled up Franklin 28-14 on Saturday night to remain unbeaten through their first two weeks of action.
GLEN ESTE (2-0)
Glen Este is looking strong in the early season. That trend continued with 39-33 effort against Winton Woods.
LEBANON (1-1)
After a tough Week 1 loss, the Warriors got on track in a big way winning at Loveland, 50-21.
OAK HILLS (1-1)
The Highlanders won in thrilling fashion versus Harrison in our US Marines Battles of the Gridiron Series matchup.
NEW RICHMOND (1-1)
New Richmond treated their home fans to a victory as they took down a tough Taylor squad, 33-25.
READING (2-0)
The Blue Devils have outscored their two opponents by a 94-18 in their two first weeks of the 2015 season.
SIMON KENTON (3-0)
For the third straight week the Pioneers broke the 50-point mark, winning 54-0 versus Conner.
SCOTT (3-0)
Scott is red hot to start 2015. They moved to 3-0 with a 61-6 win over Newport and have yet to allow a foe to break seven points.
