Colerain quarterback Deshaunte Jones was named the 2015 AP Division I Southwest District offensive player of the year. The senior has run for 1,591 yards, thrown for 639 yards and accounted for 33 touchdowns (26 rushing, seven passing) for the Cardinals who are sitting at 11-1 this season. His head coach Tom Bolden earned honors as the coach of the year.
Tobias Gilliam of Wayne is honored as the 2015 AP Division I Southwest District defensive player of the year. The senior was a catalyst for a Warriors defense that is currently 12-0 and had four shutouts during the regular season.
