Hot start keys Simon Kenton win

Simon Kenton scored three straight touchdowns in the first 13 minutes en route to a 41-14 win over Louisville Christian on Friday.
The Centurions were able to close the gap to two scores twice – 21-7 and 27-14 – but they get pull no closer.
The Pioneers capped off the win by returning an interception for a touchdown in the closing minutes. It was the third Simon Kenton pick of the night.
The Pioneers have won 12 straight regular season games and are 37-4 since the start of the 2013 season under coach Jeff Marksberry.
Simon Kenton, which generated 275 yards of offense in the first half, will play its home opener against Lexington Bryan Station next Friday.
