- Updated: September 23, 2016
Ryan Bagnoli scored three touchdowns in the first quarter as Loveland coasted to a 27-14 win over Milford on Friday.
Bagnoli ran in a 1-yard run just 3:29 into the opening stanza, and less than two minutes later, he caught 48-yard pass from Cameron Beck to make it 14-0.
With 27 seconds left in the decisive period, Bagnoli busted a 20-yard scoring run.
The Eagles cut the lead to 13 in the second quarter, but the Tigers’ Ryan Batsch sealed it after the break with a 56-yard interception return.
Loveland’s Zion Wynn and Milford’s Dawson Slone both finished with 114 rushing yards.
Both teams have tough tests at home next week. The Tigers will play Anderson while Milford hosts Walnut Hills.
