Fairfield had three different players find the end zone on the ground, as running backs James Mitchell and Chico Robinson combined for three on the night ― with Mitchell scoring the majority. Quarterback Aaron Carmack also used his legs to reach the end zone in the game.

In addition, Carmack succeeded using his arm finishing 10 of 19 for 201 passing yards, one touchdown and zero interceptions.

Defensively, the Indians held Hamilton to a negative gain of two yards rushing and only allowed quarterback Eric Jackson to throw for 37 yards on five of 16 passing. They also picked off Jackson once on the night.

This marked the fourth-straight win for Fairfield over Hamilton, as the Big Blue has not secured a win in the match up since 2012.
