Hamilton holds off Princeton

Hamilton scored three first-half touchdowns and held off a late rally en route to a 21-14 win over Princeton on Friday.
Zach Reese ran in a 1-yard touchdown to open the scoring, and Maleek Jarrett intercepted a pass and returned it 85 yards for a TD as the first quarter expired.
Eric Jackson found the end zone from 10 yards out midway through the second quarter to make it 21-0.
Raymond Kozlowski caught a pair of fourth-quarter Solomon Reed passes for scored to cut the lead to seven, but the Vikings could not generate the equalizer.
Jackson rushed for a game-best 140 yards, and Johnny Jones caught five passes for 86 yards to pace the Big Blue.
Reed finished 19 of 39 for 264 yards and a pair of TDs.
Princeton was 2-1 in the GMC entering this game and Hamilton was winless. The Vikings host Mason next week while the Big Blue face Oak Hills on the road.
