Week 6: Team of the Week

Gold Star Chili and TriStateFootball.com are partnering to present the High School Football Team of the Week during the 2016 regular season. Each week 8-10 schools will be nominated from the Greater Cincinnati area to be included in an online voting poll to determine a winner.
The voting is open now until Wednesday night at 6PM. Voters can vote once per hour, per IP address.
**EVERYONE THAT VOTES GETS THIS GREAT DEAL FROM GOLD STAR CHILI**
Once a team has won, they were ineligible to be nominated a second time. All of the winning teams will receive a trophy to be presented at their school by Gold Star Chili.
Here are this week’s nominations:
ANDERSON (4-2)
Anderson doubled up Loveland, 42-21, to pick up their second ECC victory of the year.
COOPER (5-2)
The Jaguars picked up a second straight road win by beating Dixie Heights, 28-13.
HARRISON (3-3)
Harrison pulled back to .500 and kept their Southwest Ohio Conference hopes alive with a strong win at Talawanda, 48-13.
INDIAN HILL (5-1)
The Braves grabbed their fifth win of the year as the took down Taylor, 42-0. Indian Hill has scored 40+ points in all five of their victories.
LA SALLE (4-2)
The Lancers grabbed their first GCL South win of the season in convincing fashion as they rolled by Moeller, 55-14.
LAWRENCEBURG (6-1)
With their 48-22 win over Rushville, the Tigers locked the EIAC 3A Division title.
LEBANON (5-1)
Lebanon cruised to their fifth win of the year as they beat Northmont 35-14 in last week’s U.S. Marines Battle of the Gridiron Series matchup.
NORTH COLLEGE HILL (3-3)
The Trojans remained unbeaten in Miami Valley Conference play with a 20-2 defeat of Cincinnati Country Day.
OAK HILLS (3-3)
For the first-time ever the Highlanders’ Class of 2017 walked away a winner on Homecoming Night as Oak Hills downed Middletown, 29-14.
TURPIN (6-0)
Turpin took a firm grip on the conference lead with a big win over Kings, 27-7.
