Branam Named Ohio Division II OPOY

Add one more honor onto the storied career of La Salle (8-3) quarterback Zach Branam. The senior was named the Ohio Division II offensive Player of the Year. Branam helped lead the Lancers to their fifth Region 8 title in the last seven years while throwing for more than 1,500 yards and running for more than 1,300 yards for a second straight season. He finished with 1,676 yards through the air, 1,394 yards on the ground and accounted for 35 touchdowns (21 pass, 14 rush).
La Salle also had offensive lineman Paul Haywood along with defensive backs Jaylen Johnson Devonta Smith named to the First Team.
