Blitz 5 Top 25: Week 5

The top 10 teams in the Blitz 5 Top 25 presented by TriStateFootball.com remain the same as a week ago. There was quite a bit of jumping around in the poll below that. New Richmond joins the rankings for the first time this season. The unbeaten Lions replace Simon Kenton at #25.

This Friday night’s games include some marquee matchups with unbeatens #1 Lakota West at #4 Princeton and #9 Kings traveling to #14 Milford. Second-ranked Moeller kicks off its GCL South schedule with a trip to #6 St. Xavier. Looking to avenge last years loss, #18 Covington Catholic hosts #21 Beechwood who has the current longest winning streak in Kentucky at 27 games.
