Blitz 5 Top 25: Week 9

There is a jumbled mess amongst teams ranked in the teens in this week’s Blitz 5 Top 25 presented by TriStateFootball.com. It’s hard to get a grasp on the middle of the pack as schools in the GMC keep knocking each other off as teams are struggling to separate themselves from the pack.

The top 12 schools remain the same from seven days ago. There is one game with top 10 schools facing off and just four contests pitting ranked teams versus each other this week. Eleven schools in the rankings will go up against squads that have two losses or less.

Here is a look at the latest Blitz 5 Top 25:

  1. Lakota West (8-0, 7-0) – LAST WEEK: won at #6 Fairfield (6-2, 5-2) 38-31, 2 OT. NEXT UP: 10/14 – at #15 Middletown (3-5, 2-5).
