MILFORD, Ohio – Opening night was the introduction to the Eagles high-flying offense, easily taking care of the visiting Edgewood Cougars, by a score of 33-3. It was all Milford on Friday night, racking up a grand total of 369 yards of total offense, while the Cougars could only muster 134 yards on the offensive side of the ball. Milford only punted one time throughout the four quarters of play.

Luke Brand threw the ball up and down the field all evening, blitzing the Edgewood defense for 264 yards and four touchdowns. The beginning and end of the contest was highlighted by the connection between Brand and receiver Caden Bailey. The Milford senior scored the first and last touchdown of the game, en route to 155 receiving and three touchdowns.
