2024 TSF Indiana OPOY: Will Jaisle

It was a historic season for Batesville (9-4) as the school won just its second regional championship and first in 38 years. Leading the offense was quarterback Will Jaisle who was named the 2024 TriState Football Indiana Offensive Player of the Year as TSF paid tribute to the area’s finest from Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, Dayton and Southeast Indiana at the TriState Football Year in Review Show on Monday night, in front of a packed house at the Holy Grail in downtown Cincinnati.

The senior was named EIAC Legends Offensive MVP and Honorable Mention All-TSF after throwing for 1,960 yards, running for 250 yards and accounting for 27 touchdowns (19 pass, eight rush). Batesville went a combined 20-6 in Jaisle’s last two seasons as a starter. Those 20 victories are the most in a two year period for the school since it won 20 contests between 2001 and 2002.

Jaisle, University of Notre Dame commit for baseball, ended his football career as Batesville’s all-time leader in passing yards with 5,271 and passing touchdowns with 62. He also had 1,408 yards and 26 touchdowns rushing in a Bulldogs uniform.

This is the 15th year of this award and Jaisle becomes just the second Bulldog to be named TSF Indiana Offensive Player of the Year in 2010. He joins alum Connor Kelley as winners of this honor.
