2025 Schedule Sneak Peek: Withrow
- Updated: May 8, 2025

To say last season’s schedule for Withrow was brutal would be an understatement. Four of the Tigers first six games were against a regional champion (Taft) and three regional runnerups (St. Xavier, La Salle and Alter). Withrow started 0-5 and lost two of those games by a heartbreaking one point. The staff and players can breathe a sigh of relief as the 2025 slate is far less grueling.
The teams that Withrow will play were a combined 53-61 (.465 winning %) in 2024. However, the first six games are against teams that made the playoffs a year ago. The final four teams on the slate went a combined 11-29 (.275 winning %). The Tigers went 2-5 against teams that finished .500 or better a year ago.
Here is a look at the 2025 Withrow Tigers schedule:

FINAL TAKE: This Withrow senior class has played against the highest level of competition on a consistent basis. In their past 14 games dating back to the 2023 playoffs the Tigers have faced these 10 teams – Winton Woods (8-4), Troy (11-2), Anderson (13-2), Elder (6-6), Alter (8-6), Northmont (2-9), St. Xavier (10-4), La Salle (11-3), Taft (12-3) and Kings (9-3). They have seen just about everything. This squad won’t be fazed by anyone they go up against in 2025.
There is plenty to like about Withrow. There are some question marks at the skill positions because of lack of experience. While those players get their feet under them and on solid ground, the offensive line will be the stars early on, on this side of the ball. The defense will be stout up front and stellar in the secondary. Look for the Tigers to get back on the winning side of the ledger and host a first round playoff game.
