It appears that Aiken has turned the corner and it has positioned itself to do things that have never before happened at the school. Last fall, the Falcons put an end to four straight losing campaigns and made the playoffs for just the third time. Now, the program looks to make history this season with back-to-back post season appearances for the first time in school history. This group of seniors would like nothing more than to be the first Aiken class to also bring home the program’s first playoff victory.
Division II, Region 8
2024 RECORD: 6-4, 3-2 CMAC Red
HEAD COACH: Harry McCall (24-36 at Aiken, six years; 24-36 overall)
HONOR ROLL
Andre Underwood, Sr, QB – An electrifying talent and one of the most underrated players in Southwest Ohio. Underwood threw for 1,143 yards, ran for 552 yards with 12 touchdown passes and eight rushing scores on his way to being named OPSMA Division II Honorable Mention All-Southwest District and CMAC Red Co-Offensive Player of the Year as a junior. He has accounted for 2,560 yards of total offense (1,621 pass, 939 rush) and 26 touchdowns (15 pass, 11 rush). Underwood has offers from UMass and Mercyhurst.
Jayden Harrison, Sr, SS – A real ballhawk who is always around the action. As a junior, Harrison registered 32 tackles, a sack, 30 tackles for losses, one forced fumble, one fumble recovery, 10 pass breakups and two interceptions on his way to OPSMA Division II Honorable Mention All-Southwest District accolades. He has an offer from Mercyhurst.

OTHER RETURNEES
Nouhan Kaba, Sr, OLB – One of the team leaders, Kaba has all-district potential. He was in on 40 tackles with 3.5 tackles for losses and two forced fumbles last fall. Kaba has an offer from Defiance.
Tyrone Bush-Freeman, Sr, LB – A big part of an excellent linebacking core with Curtis and Kaba. Bush-Freeman was rock solid in his varsity debut last season with 32 tackles, 2.0 sacks, 3.0 tackles for losses, one forced fumble and one fumble recovery.
Romello Mitchell, Sr, WR – This speed demon is primed for a big senior campaign. Mitchell had 10 receptions for 171 yards and a touchdown in six games a year ago. He has picked up an offer from Ohio Dominican.
Rajan Bradford, Sr, RB – A healthy Bradford could provide a big boost to the Falcons backfield.
NEWCOMERS
Seniors WR/FS Diondre Payne and WR Josh Jones look to make their impact on this team. This the first season of varsity football for the duo.
