The St. Xavier Bombers traveled north to Wayne and came away with a dominant 35-7 victory on Friday night. The bombers jumped out to a 35-0 lead before Wayne was able to get on the board in the fourth quarter.
Aidan Newdigate led the way on offense for St. Xavier. On the ground he rushed for 128 yards and 3 touchdowns. He also passed for 148 yards and two more scores, both of which went to Logan Von Holle for fifty plus yards.
Charlie Googins led the defense with 9 tackles and Griffin Lyons added 7. Bombers improved to 1-1 while the Warriors fell to 0-2
