TriStateFootball.com is proud to once again recognize the Tri-State’s top high school football performances with the Mella Window & Carpet Cleaning Player of the Week throughout the 2026 season.
Each week, players from Greater Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky and Eastern Indiana are nominated based on standout performances from the previous weekend. The TSF staff selects the finalists, and then it’s up to the fans to determine the winner.
Voting is open now through Wednesday at 12 p.m. ET. Fans may vote once per hour, per IP address. Voting activity is monitored, and any votes determined to be fraudulent or an attempt to manipulate the results may be removed.
PLAYER OF THE WEEK RULES
- Players may win the Mella Window & Carpet Cleaning Player of the Week award only once during the season.
- A player may be nominated a maximum of three times during the season.
- Weekly nominees are selected by the TriStateFootball.com staff based on performances from across the Tri-State.
- Fans may vote once per hour, per IP address.
- Voting closes each Wednesday at 12 p.m. ET.
All weekly winners will be recognized at the TriStateFootball.com Year in Review Show following the season and will receive a commemorative Player of the Week plaque.

Colten Barger, Lloyd Memorial, Jr., QB/WR: Scored two rushing touchdowns as the Juggernauts improved to 6-0 and extended their regular-season winning streak to 18 games.
Landen Brandenburg, Williamsburg, So., QB/DE: Rushed for 84 yards and four touchdowns, threw for 104 yards and added six tackles and 1.5 sacks as the Wildcats won their fifth straight by beating Clermont Northeastern.
Aboubacar Diagouraga, Gamble Montessori, Jr., WR/DB: Hauled in six receptions for 126 yards and three touchdowns against Woodward.
Roman Garr, Colerain, Jr., QB: Threw for 300 yards and five touchdowns as the Cardinals defeated Oak Hills, 47-31.
Thomas George, St. Xavier, Sr., WR/QB: The wide receiver made his first varsity start at quarterback and threw for 192 yards and three touchdowns with one interception, leading the Bombers to a 31-19 upset of previously unbeaten Elder at The Pit.
Parker Jackson, Ross, Sr., RB/DB: Scored both of the Rams’ touchdowns as Ross knocked off previously unbeaten Talawanda, 14-7.
Nolan Lum, CHCA, Sr., QB: Completed 11-of-15 passes for 160 yards and three touchdowns as the Eagles blanked Taft.
Brylan Miltenberger, Wyoming, Sr., WR: Amassed 304 all-purpose yards on 13 touches, including 10 receptions for 210 yards and two touchdowns, as the Cowboys defeated Mariemont, 45-10.
Gavin Nolan, Middletown, Sr., QB: Threw for 289 yards and four touchdowns and added a rushing score, accounting for five touchdowns.
Eli Pachmeyer, Loveland, So., RB: Scored the first three rushing touchdowns of his career as the Tigers defeated Walnut Hills, 49-42.
Callan Polland, Turpin, Jr., WR: Reeled in five receptions for 169 yards and four touchdowns as Turpin trounced West Clermont, 55-19.
Miller Reed, Ludlow, Sr., QB: Accounted for three touchdowns, throwing two touchdown passes and breaking a 73-yard touchdown run in the Panthers’ 34-14 win over Bellevue.
Owen Scalf, Anderson, Sr., QB: Completed 26-of-30 passes for 433 yards and five touchdowns.
Quinton Simon, Highlands, So., WR/DB: Returned two interceptions for touchdowns and added a rushing score, accounting for three touchdowns in the Bluebirds’ win.
Key’Sean Torbert, Princeton, Jr., QB: Threw for 227 yards and a touchdown and rushed for 130 yards and another score, accounting for 357 yards of offense.
Brady Young, New Richmond, Sr., QB: Threw the game-winning touchdown pass to Peyton Abner as New Richmond defeated Clinton-Massie for the first time since 2001.
