Larkin named 2014 TSF Cincinnati OPOY

He was the best player on the best team in Ohio’s Division II and for that Jeremy Larkin was named the 2014 TriStateFootball.com Cincinnati Offensive Player of the Year as TSF paid tribute to finest from Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, Dayton and Southeast Indiana area’s high school gridiron at the Year in Review Show on Thursday night at Dave and Buster’s in Springdale, Ohio. All Larkin did was find the endzone 42 times (38 rushing), run for 2,584 yards and churn out 3,246 all-purpose yards for the Division II state champion Lancers. The junior earned Ohio Co-offensive player of the year honors for his efforts. He goes into his final varsity season with 3,250 yards on the ground, 5,410 all-purpose yards and 57 total touchdowns.

Other finalists included seniors Tyler Anderson (New Richmond), DeAndre Barnett (Kings), Maurice Thomas (Talawanda) along with juniors Peyton Ramsey (Elder), David Montgomery (Mount Healthy) and Dashaunte Jones (Colerain).
