Team of the Week – Week 4

Gold Star Chili and TriStateFootball.com are partnering to present the High School Football Team of the Week during the 2015 regular season. Each week 8-10 schools will be nominated from the Greater Cincinnati area to be included in an online voting poll to determine a winner.
The voting is open now until Friday morning at 9:00 a.m. Voters can vote once per hour, per IP address.
Once a team has won, they were ineligible to be nominated a second time. All of the winning teams will receive a trophy to be presented at their school by Gold Star Chili.
Here are this week’s nominations:
BETHEL-TATE (2-1)
Bethel-Tate won their second straight game by taking down Amelia 40-7 and now play their next three games at home.
COVINGTON CATHOLIC (1-4)
Eddie Eviston gets his first win as the head coach at CovCath by knocking the Colonels’ Dixie Highway rivals, Beechwood.
GLEN ESTE (4-0)
Glen Este kept their undefeated season rolling by winning over Loveland in a 48-45 shootout.
INDIAN HILL (4-0)
Indian Hill remained perfect on the young season by knocking off a Wyoming in a key CHL road win, 19-14.
LAKOTA EAST (3-1)
With a hard fought win at Hamilton the Thunderhawks moved to 3-1 and appear to be poised for grueling stretch inside the GMC.
MIDDLETOWN (2-2)
The Middies pulled to .500 by opening up GMC play with a huge 52-8 victory over Oak Hills.
NORTHWEST (4-0)
Northwest turned in their best effort of the season taking Ross down 46-6 on the road as the Knights roll to 4-0.
PURCELL-MARIAN (2-2)
With a win over McNicholas, Purcell-Marian moved to .500 and got their GCL season off on a winning foot.
SCOTT (4-1)
The Eagles bounced back from their first loss of the season by defeating Holy Cross, 56-39.
TURPIN (4-0)
Turpin rallied to win at Kings and remain undefeated on their 2015 campaign. The Spartans are yielding just 11.5 points per game.
