Highlands blows out Woodford
- Updated: November 7, 2015

Highlands induced the running clock less than four minutes into the second quarter in a 50-15 win over Woodford County on Friday.
Nick Kendall scored all three of the Bluebirds’ first-quarter touchdowns on runs of one, 28 and 15 yards to give his team a 22-0 lead.
Highlands punched the ball into the end zone twice more in the opening minutes of the second frame to make it 36-0.
Kendall finished with four TDs, rushing 14 times for 122 yards. Jared Pulsfort added 91 ground yards, and Grant Murray tallied 85 and one score.
Highlands threw the ball just nine times, but Griffen Huber caught three balls for 66 yards and a touchdown.
The Bluebirds outgained the Yellowjackets, 388-162 and will host Dixie Heights next week.
