Scott’s magical season continues

Scott continued its magical run in the playoffs on Friday night, defeating Ashland Blazer, 28-18 on Friday night, advancing to its first-ever regional final.
The Tomcats led, 18-13 at the half, but the Eagles scored 15 unanswered points in the second half to win their third playoff game in school history.
The Eagles, who advanced to 10-2 on the year, came into the game as the top seed in the region.
Scott will next face Johnson Central (11-1) next Friday night at 7:00 p.m. at Scott. Johnson Central defeated Greenup County, 49-6 on Friday night to set up the date with the Eagles.
