Newport nips Finneytown

Newport scored the decisive touchdown with six minutes left en route to a 16-14 win over Finneytown on Friday.
Markel Garland supplied the tying score from seven yards out, making it 14-14, and Tyler Porter ran in the go-ahead conversion.
Porter rushed eight times for 135 yards.
