Mason runs over Hamilton

Mason shut out Hamilton in the first half, taking a 17-0 lead into the locker room in a 34-14 win over the Big Blue on Friday.
The Comets rolled up 436 yards of offense, including 267 on the ground. Matt Sora gained 126 on the ground and found the end zone twice, and Matt Kopaygorodsky added 98 rushing yards and a TD.
Preston Hutchinson finished 11 of 16 for 169 yards and one score, and Austin Croy was his top target with four catches for 82 yards.
Eric Jackson was 15-for-27 passing for 190 yards to pace Hamilton, which will head to Lakota East next week.
Mason travels to Colerain in a battle of teams that are 2-0 in GMC play.
