Talawanda’s Kamphaus Voted POW

Talawanda’s Logan Kamphaus was voted the WCPO Player of the Week for Week 5, registering 2,449 votes (25.58 percent).
The signal caller amassed 384 yards of total offense (233 passing, 151 rushing) and accounted for five touchdowns (four passing, one rushing) as the Braves notched their first win of the season over Little Miami.
Kamphaus edged out Austin Hoeh of Campbell County and Fairfield’s Josiah Scott in the voting conducted by TriStateFootball.com. In total, 13 players were nominated with 9.574 votes casted.
