La Salle Picks Up First Win

CINCINNATI, ohio – A pair of fourth quarter touchdown runs by Cam Porter helped La Salle cushion a lead as they got past Mason. The junior finished the contest with 70 yards on 20 carries.
Good things came in twos for the Lancers. Quarterback MJ Horton threw two touchdown passes to Kevin Swift. Those were the only two catches of the night for Swift. Horton also ran for a game-high 139 yards.
Jake Seibert, a classmate of Horton and Porter kicked field goals of 46 and 45 yards, in less than a two minute span, in the second quarter. Seibert was perfect on the night tallying nine total points (2-2 FGs, 3-3 XPs). He also had five touchbacks on kickoffs.
Senior Dalton Logan ran for 125 yards and a score for Mason. Teammate Dominick Nigro returned to a blocked punt 15 yards for the games first points. He also had a team-high 10 tackles (six solo) and three receptions for 44 yards.
