South Dearborn dominates in Indy

Four games took place on Saturday at Lucas Oil Stadium in the first-ever Southeastern Showdown, showcasing some great football from inside the Hoosier State.
The South Dearborn Knights took home the W in their matchup, knocking off the Batesville Bulldogs, 35-7.
Senior quarterback Adam Dixon put on a show for the fans that made the track to Indianapolis. Dixon completed 23 passes for 306 yards and four touchdowns. Classmate tight end Jake Black pulled in three of those three touchdowns for the Knights in the victory and finished with 81 yards.

The South Dearborn defense had a great outing, forcing three turnovers and nearly pitching a shutout.
The Bulldogs finally got on the scoreboard with 3:38 left in the game when Austin Pohlman scored on a 2-yard TD run for the team’s only score of the day.
