Fairfield voted Team of the Week

The Fairfield Indians were voted the Gold Star Chili Team of the Week for Week 6 after knocking off Lakota East, 20-14.

The Indians finished with 1,672 votes (28.85 percent) of the 5,796 total votes tallied, edging out Conner and Fenwick in the voting conducted at TriStateFootball.com.

Cooper, Elder, Harrison, Holmes, North College Hill, Turpin and Wyoming were also nominated.

As the Team of the Week winner, Fairfield will be presented an award at the school in the near future from our friends at Gold Star Chili.
