Batesville’s Pohlman voted POW

Austin Pohlman of Batesville was voted the Mella Window & Carpet Cleaning Player of the Week for Week 3, tallying 5,523 votes (34.4 percent).
Pohlman ran for 323 yards (15.4/carry) and six touchdowns as the Bulldogs took care of Rushville, 48-14.
He edged out Chris Long of Bethel-Tate and Taylor’s Jose Gonzalez in the voting conducted by TriStateFootball.com. In total, 14 players were nominated with a total of 16,066 votes registered.
We will be presenting awards to each of this season’s winners at the upcoming TSF Year in Review Show coming in mid-to-late February (more details to come after season).
