Blitz 5 Top 25: Movement in the middle

There was plenty of movement amongst the muddled mess in the middle of the Blitz 5 Top 25 presented by TriStateFootball.com. 

Lakota East and Kings are up five notches while Turpin elevates four spots. Losses by Mason, Fairfield, Sycamore, Simon Kenton and Moeller drop those schools, three and four positions in the rankings. The hierarchy is playing itself out in head-to-head matchups.

Lakota West is back for its second straight week at No. 1. The Firebirds did not play last Friday. The top six teams all remain the same from the last poll.

Here is a look at the latest Blitz 5 Top 25:
