Blitz 5 Top 25: Top teams holding steady

There was very little movement in this week’s Blitz 5 Top 25 presented by TriStateFootball.com. With Ohio starting the playoffs this week that may be the case again next week too with 10 teams in the rankings drawing a bye this weekend. 

In Division I, Region 4 all 11 teams in the poll will be in action on Friday night, including three matchups between ranked teams.

Here is a look at the latest Blitz 5 Top 25:

1. Lakota West (5-0) – LAST WEEK: beat then #11 Mason (4-2), 21-0; NEXT UP: 10/9 – WEST CLERMONT (1-3).

2. St. Xavier (4-2) – LAST WEEK: Beat St. Ignatius (1-3), 62-37; NEXT UP: 10/9 – WALNUT HILLS (1-2).

3. La Salle (4-2) – LAST WEEK: beat then #17 Moeller (1-5), 27-25; NEXT UP: 10/16 – LOVELAND (1-4)/LITTLE MIAMI (1-5) winner.
