St. Xavier’s O’Malley voted POW

Jack O’Malley of St. Xavier was voted the Mella Window & Carpet Cleaning Player of the Week for Week 3, tallying 1,529 votes (16.18 percent).

O’Malley aired it out for career highs of 358 yards and five touchdowns passing in the Bombers 45-21 victory over Olentangy Liberty.

He edged out Zackery Chisman of Western Brown and Highlands’ Davis Burleigh in the voting conducted at TriStateFootball.com this week. In total, 18 players were nominated with 9,450 votes casted.

We will be presenting awards to each of this season’s winners at the upcoming TSF Year in Review Show coming in mid-to-late February (more details coming soon).
