New Miami voted Team of Week

The New Miami Vikings were voted the Gold Star Team of the Week for Week 2 as they knocked off Manchester 40-20 to move to 2-0 on the season.
The Vikings finished with 939 votes (31.56 percent) of the 2,975 total votes tallied, edging out Winton Woods and Mount Healthy in the voting conducted at TriStateFootball.com.
Anderson, Highlands, Newport Central Catholic, Lakota West, Shroder, St. Xavier and Wyoming were also nominated.
As the Team of the Week winner, New Miami will be presented an award to the team in the near future from our friends at Gold Star Chili.
