Coyle, Harris, Hogan honored in Division VI

Cincinnati Country Day (10-2) senior linebacker Ryan Coyle has been named the Division VI Southwest District Co-Defensive Player of the Year. Coyle, the Nighthawks all-time leading tackler has 148 takedowns, five tackles for losses, three pass breakups, three interceptions and 115 interception return yards in helping his team to the regional semifinals.
St. Bernard-Elmwood Place (10-2) front man Kyle Hogan pulls in Southwest District Coach of the Year honors. Hogan, in his fourth year with the program led the Titans to a school record 10 wins, their first two playoff victories ever and first trip to the regional semifinals.
Hogan’s star running back Demico Harris is the Southwest District Offensive Player of the Year. The senior has run for 1,863 yards and 27 rushing touchdowns. On defense, Harris has compiled 128 tackles, five-and-a-half sacks, four forced fumbles, two fumble recoveries and a scoop-and-score.
