There was very little not to like about Conner offensive lineman Dylan Stewart. The 6-foot-5, 290-pound was a beast in the trenches as a four-year starter for the Cougars. A one-of-a-kind talent Stewart has left an indelible mark on the program.

“Dylan is the best offensive lineman I have ever coached. He was a constant in the way he approached the game and practices; out work everyone, be more physical and tougher than anyone I go up against. His tireless effort and commitment to the Conner Football Team will go unmatched. I always say, “good players become great players by out working everyone” and that Is the true definition of Dylan Stewart,” Cooper Head Coach Dave Trosper states.

As a senior, Stewart averaged eight pancake blocks per game for a Conner (7-4) offense that averaged 238.1 yards per contest with 37 total touchdowns rushing. Those efforts earned “Stewie” Louisville Courier-Journal Second Team All-State, First Team All-NKY and NKFCA Top 26 accolades. Defensively, he was also in on 24 tackles with three tackles for losses.

Stewart will continue his career in college. He has signed with the University of Delaware Blue Hens.
