Winning has become a way of life at Cincinnati Country Day since the Covid season of 2020. The program didn’t have enough healthy bodies to finish that campaign going 0-6. Like a Phoenix the Nighthawks have risen from the ashes and now have a group of seniors that are a combined 32-5 in their careers.
That success came under the guidance of former head coach Dennis Coyle who has left for another opportunity. Cincinnati Country Day wasted little time in finding Coyle’s replacement and pulled off a coup by hiring former Wittenberg University head coach Jim Collins to take his place.
Don’t expect the Nighthawks to miss a beat with Collins at the helm. In fact, we wouldn’t be surprised if CCD football reaches new heights with the veteran core that they have returning. Cincinnati Country Day will be a small school force once again.
