The Little Miami Panthers have been voted the Week 2 Gold Star Team of the Week after going on the road and knocking off ECC foe Turpin, 27-24.
Little Miami earned 33.12 percent of the votes cast by fans at TriStateFootball.com, edging out Blanchester and Lakota West in a competitive Week 2 race.
Campbell County, Cincinnati College Prep, Beechwood, Highlands, La Salle, Madeira and St. Bernard-Elmwood Place were also nominated following outstanding Week 2 performances.
As this week’s winner, Little Miami will receive the Gold Star Team of the Week award, which will be presented to the Panthers in the near future courtesy of our friends at Gold Star.
