Getting to the top is one thing, sustaining that success from one season to the next another story. Clinton-Massie has figured it out. The Falcons have been truly amazing over the last 10 years. The program racked up some stunning accomplishments since 2005 as they have gained the reputation for being relentless in every phase of the game.
TSF Turns 10 looks at Clinton-Massie and its dominance during the past decade:
–The program is 100 games over .500 in the last 10 seasons going 115-15 in that span
–Two Division IV state titles in the last three years
–Three Regional crowns in the last four seasons
–Seven times in the last eight seasons they have lost one game or less
–Six times in the last eight years they have finished the regular season undefeated
–The program hasn’t lost a SCOL conference game in eight years, going 51-0 in that span
–The program has won 52 consecutive league games since 2007
–The defense has not allowed more than 196 points in a season in the past decade
–The defense has registered 35 shutouts in the last 10 years including 15 in the past three seasons
–The offense has scored at least 560 points in each of the last five years
–The offense has scored more than 335 points in each of the last 10 seasons
–Dan McSurley has gone 174-48 in 19 years at the Falcons head coach
