Kendrick talks EIAC

Bryce Kendrick of SEI Local Sports talks EIAC football and the first week of action for the conference.
There were some noteworthy performances from EIAC players in Week 1.
Cameron Craig, Rushville, Sr, RB – Ran for 281 yards and four touchdowns on 20 carries in the Lions thrilling 36-35 win over Milan. Craig had touchdown runs of 87, 72, 54 and 24 yards.
Eric Rosemeyer, East Central, Sr, RB – Ran the ball 11 times for 196 yards with 48-yard scoring scamper as the Trojans beat Lawrenceburg, 38-7.
Alex Maxwell, East Central, Sr, QB – Found the end zone three times rushing as the Trojans picked up their seventh straight victory. Maxwell now has 42 rushing touchdowns in his career.
Trey Heidlage, Batesville, Sr, QB – Accounted for five touchdowns (three pass two rush), had 103 yards on the ground and went 11-15 for 159 yards through the air as the Bulldogs blanked Jennings County, 40-0.
Austin Siefert, Batesville, Sr, WR – Reeled in eight receptions for 121 yards with two touchdown catches versus Jennings County.
Aaron Black, Greensburg, Wr, RB – Scored five times on the 13 carries for 1199 yards as the Pirates roasted rival Shelbyville, 49-7.
