SCD puts four on DVI All-District team

Another playoff season for Summit Country Day paid dividends for several members of their squad. Four Silver Knights earned First Team All-District honors. Quarterback Zairn Davis threw for 2,108 yards with 20 passing touchdowns and five rushing scores. Junior Xavier Johnson hauled in 51 receptions for 919 yards, ran for 517 yards and found the end zone 12 times (nine rushing, three passing). Allen Waltz is one of the best kickers in Ohio. He finished with 57 points including 4-6 field goals and had 20 touchbacks on kickoffs. Linebacker Andrew Bissmeyer registered 125 total tackles and had 20.5 sacks.
