It is the calm before the storm. Outside the top ranked teams in all four of the TriStateFootball.com rankings polls there are so many questions to be answered. As league play begins it is hard to put a grip on who is going to separate themselves from the pack. The next couple of games are vital for survival for many who have off aspirations.

RANKINGS – OHIO DII-DIII
Three new teams enter the rankings this week. Things at the bottom of the poll seem to be in complete flux with no signs of that trend changing anytime soon. Three games could really effect next week’ s poll as No. 6 Kings host’s NKY No.1 Covington Catholic, No. 4 Anderson is at No.8 Harrison and No.5 Franklin travels to No. 10 Piqua this Friday night…COMPLETE RANKINGS

RANKINGS – OHIO DIV-DVII
No teams drop out of the Top 10 this week despite three schools losing last Friday. Don’t expect much change in this poll after Week 3. Highlighting this week’s slate is No. 1 Wyoming at No. 4 CHCA…COMPLETE RANKINGS

RANKINGS – NKY
This week’s poll remains unchanged. Covington Catholic and Simon Kenton are the teams everyone else is chasing or aspiring to play like. Class 6A has some knockdown, drag out duels ahead which should separate the contenders from the pretenders…COMPLETE RANKINGS
