Indians dominate on road

Holy Cross went on the road and came away with a dominant 47-0 victory over St. Henry on Friday night. The Indians started fast and never looked back on their way to a big win. Holy Cross came into the game with more energy and it was apparent from the opening kick.

Tommy Maddox took the opening kickoff 84 yards for a touchdown to open the floodgates right away. Brian Ferguson scored on a 24-yard keeper and the Indians led 13-0 after the first quarter. St. Henry could not muster any positive plays on either side of the ball and the Indians took full advantage.

The score was 40-0 after the third as Ferguson threw two touchdown passes to Braylon Thornberry and one to Max Hunt in the third. Jacob Reiselman added a 74-yard rushing touchdown as well in the quarter. Charles Oglesby finished the scored with a touchdown run in the fourth to produce the final margin. Holy Cross battles Bracken County next week.
