2021 Snapshot: Turpin

For the fourth time in the last six seasons Turpin finished their Eastern Cincinnati Conference schedule with one loss or less, in 2020. The Spartans are a combined 11-1 in ECC play over the last two years. They hope to build upon that success this fall.

“We have hard working senior class that has a lot to prove in 2021. With the graduation of several key offensive playmakers, we need to develop and scheme to have explosive plays on offensive this season,” head coach Kent McCullough states.

With the playoffs expanding to 16 teams, Turpin should get in. Hosting a home game is another story against a schedule that includes three very difficult games to end the year versus ECC schools that were a combined 23-5 in 2020. The Spartans will have to be playing their best football to end the season.
