The final two weeks of the season presents some great opportunities for teams to leapfrog foes in the Blitz 5 Top 25 powered by TriStateFootball.com. The conference slates are winding down and there are some wonderful matchups between teams chasing titles. Buckle up it’s going to be a wild ride on the way to determining the final poll, two Tuesday’s from now.

Here is a look at the latest Blitz 5 Top 25:
